**\*EDIT:** A previous version of this post did NOT have the right RSVP link for Oct 9\. D'oh! The link has been corrected.

Hi friends, it's me, Ann.

It's been quiet over here! I've been on vacation for the last couple of weeks trying to do that whole "unplugging" thing, and I'm happy to say I've succeeded. So much, in fact, that re-entering my work life this week has me feeling like [this](https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/confused-mr-krabs?ref=coloradio.co). Hopefully I'll be able to figure out what day it is soon.

**But here's a date for you to remember:** October 9\. On that afternoon, myself and two of my favorite colleagues will be hosting a little webinar of sorts all about how we created [On Something](https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/on-something/id1465961982?ref=coloradio.co), my little baby podcast about life after weed legalization that ran from 2019-2021\. Join me and producers Jo Erickson and Rebekah Romberg to discuss how the show came to be, and to go behind the scenes on a few of our favorite episodes. Bring all your questions! RSVP [here](https://www.coloradio.co/coloradio-happenings-listening-party-sept-8-online-event-oct-9/).

A little something to sweeten the deal: I'm dropping a trailer for a new podcast project the day before! I won't say too much here, but it's a limited series that will provide some much-needed context for two of the questions on your ballot this election having to do with trans kids. I'll also share a bit more about this project at next week's event.

Finally, we will share dates for a November meetup in the coming weeks...jeez is it really almost that time?

**As always, anyone can volunteer with ColoRadio to help us host events and to build out an online resource for audio producers all over the state. Just respond to this email if you're interested in helping out.**

I hope to see some of your beautiful shining faces (virtually) next week!

Bestest,

\-Ann
